Working out of our Newcastle office, Irenna specialises in residential conveyancing.

She has extensive experience in complex sales, purchases, Remortgage, transfers of equity, right to buys, new builds, shared ownership properties and transfers.

Having completed her degree and legal qualifications at Northumbria University, Irenna has worked in conveyancing since 2006.

On completion of training she worked for several law firms in the North East before joining Sweeney Miller.

She also has previous experience in family law, dealing with a range of public and private law cases, including property disputes, TOLATA applications and financial matters.

Irenna’s sound understanding of legal issues and utmost dedication to client care is evident in the service she provided to her clients.
