Statistics show divorce rates rise in the month of January and continue up until the end of March in what has become a recognised post-Christmas trend. Signing a commercial lease is often the first big financial commitment that a business makes. With reputation, price, specialism and convenience more valued by customers now than in 2012, local firms remain at the forefront of people’s minds when they’re looking for a solicitor.
