Debra has worked in the Legal profession throughout her career and has over 30 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. As Post Completion Team Leader her role involves ensuring all Post Completion tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure the team meets all necessary deadlines. The Post Completion team arranges submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms and payments, issue Notices and liaise with Management Companies in this regard, together with all registration formalities and requisitions.
