Charlie began working with the firm on work experience whilst studying for a degree in Law at Durham University.
He has developed quickly within the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
Charlie is experienced in general litigation and can provide advice regarding contract disputes, debt recovery and commercial property disputes.
Charlie is involved in matters relating to landlords and tenants and can provide simple and cost-effective advice on a fixed fee basis for possession proceedings and rent arrears recovery against residential and commercial tenants, draft tenancy agreements and contracts, section 8 and section 21 eviction notices and provide advice on deposits and representation in litigation regarding deposits.
Charlie also provides consultations for employees on the terms of compromise/settlement agreements and provides independent legal advice for mortgagors including advice regarding personal guarantees and joint borrower sole proprietor mortgages.
