Following the latest Government announcement of a third national lockdown on the 4th January 2021, it has become necessary for us to close our offices once again. However, we remain fully operational and our solicitors are continuing to work in a Covid-secure manner but without compromising the quality of our work.
Our preferred method of communication during this period is by email. Please continue to correspond with your case handler. If you do not know who your case handler is or for any new enquiries, please contact us on email@example.com and we will respond to all email correspondence as quickly as possible. Please try and avoid calling the office unless absolutely necessary, as this places an enormous strain on our staff who are working flat out in very challenging circumstances.

Stamp Duty Holiday
The stamp duty regime is set to change after the 31st March 2021.
Instructions are accepted in good faith and, subject to normal conveyancing timescales, we will do our best to complete your matter prior to this date to enable you to take advantage of the current regulations. However we cannot be responsible, save for unreasonable delay on our part, should your matter not complete before this date and stamp duty is payable.
