His unique blend of legal expertise and practical HR insight enables him to work closely with business owners, directors and HR teams to deliver commercially focused, people‑centred solutions that protect organisations while supporting their workforce.
A trusted advisor to a long‑standing portfolio of businesses, Paul is known for his pragmatic, plain‑English advice and his commitment to exceptional client care. He has successfully represented clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings involving unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, unlawful deduction from wages, contractual disputes and TUPE transfers.
