Kate joined the original Sweeney Miller team back in May 2006. Over the years she has successfully fulfilled a number of key roles within the firm. She is now the Newcastle Office Manager and PA to the Partners. Throughout her career with Sweeney Miller, Kate has gained a high level of knowledge and experience in Conveyancing, she led the file opening team across the business for many years whilst also carrying out PA duties. She is now responsible for the day to day running of the Newcastle Office and the management and welfare of our Newcastle based team.
I have worked for Sweeney Miller for over 16 years now all told. I have worked within various departments and roles over the many years ranging from reception, legal secretary, conveyancing assistant, head of file opening department, to now being Newcastle Office Manager and PA to the Partners. Working for Sweeney Miller has always felt like being part of a family. The Partners have always supported my wishes to develop my role within the firm and I look forward to continuing that development as Newcastle Office Manager.
I enjoy spending time with my family, I have two daughters and also a cockapoo so we like to spend time outside on adventures together. We love to travel and enjoy family holidays together. I also love attending live music concerts.
