Rishi Kohli

Rishi works with clients on a broad range of commercial contracts, including operational and services agreements, supplier and customer arrangements (including confidentiality and NDAs), and shareholder and partnership agreements.

He provides practical, commercially minded advice that helps clients manage risk without slowing their business down, particularly on business-critical or time-sensitive contracts, with a straightforward, people-first approach.

Alongside his client work, Rishi has served as a director on the board of a multi-academy trust since 2018, giving him first-hand experience of board-level decision-making, governance and risk.

Rishi trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2016 at a transatlantic law firm, specialising in commercial agreements for large-scale infrastructure projects.

He later worked in-house at a global renewable energy business, advising on offshore and onshore wind projects and developing a strong commercial and operational perspective.

Prior to joining the firm as a Partner in 2026, Rishi spent four years at an international law firm in a senior leadership role, overseeing a high-performing team delivering complex, business-critical work.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children. I’m a keen sports fan, following Newcastle United and supporting the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL. When time allows, I try to get to the gym and keep active, and enjoy live music.
