Sweeney Miller Law are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join our Sunderland office. You will have great customer service skills and enjoy working in a forward-thinking property law environment.
You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of real estate, land development and commercial leases. Consideration will be also given to candidates with a solid residential conveyancing background and deep understanding of leasehold and freehold transactions, but wanting to make a switch into commercial. Candidates with a good understanding of commercial property requirements and company requirements for acquisitions and disposals will also be given consideration.

Role description:
- Full assistance and support to a Commercial Property Solicitor on all transactional matters
- Liaison with clients and third parties
- Maintaining our case management system and progressing milestones promptly
- Handling phone calls to clients and third parties
- Any other administrative duties as required to facilitate the efficient and smooth running of the transaction
You will have:
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to work with diligence and independence under pressure
- A good standard of English and Maths
- Excellent attention to detail, commercial awareness, and to be adaptable to client requirements.
