Topics will include, an update of all the changes in legislation that will be expected from a newly elected Government along with guidance and suggestions on being a Landlord and managing Residential Properties, as well as other topics that are relevant in understanding all aspects of renting.
GB Landlords are committed to helping Property Professionals locally and nationally be ahead of the curve and demonstrate to Politicians and our local Councils that we are committed to improving property standards in the region and that the Landlords we work with are professional in their dealings with Tenants.
There will also be ample opportunity to speak to a wide range of exhibitors during the day about their relevant services or our speakers as they will be in a separate area.
The event is geared to the needs of Letting Agents and Landlords and is an excellent opportunity for Landlords and Property Agents to make sure they are up to date with all the recent legislation changes affecting Property Professionals and the services that are available.
It is also an excellent opportunity for Letting Agents to use the event for staff development.
