A recent white paper by legal software firm, Access Legal, has revealed that Sweeney Miller Law had the largest market share for residential purchase transactions in the North East in 2022.
The Conveyancing Data Trends and Analysis report uses HM Registry data to plot the UK’s conveyancing market data each year, and the most recent report shows comparisons between 2021/22. As part of the report, the top 20 most active conveyancers in each region are ranked by market share, and Sweeney Miller Law came out top for the North East of England with a market share of just over 3%.
